Additional Database Options
Data Conversion Options
The creators of DonorExpress, TS Marketing, Inc., is a database consulting company that can handle most of your database needs. Many times data files require cleanup (removing duplicates and bad records) or the combining of several data files before they are converted to the DonorExpress format. Our goal with data conversion is to get your database as clean as possible. Estimates of time can be given upon inspection of your current data files and discussion of the services you need. Data conversions are currently billed out at $75.00 per hour.

Training Options
DonorExpress comes with a users guide to help you get off to a great start, but we do offer web conference training or personal phone training at $75.00 per hour. Usually the application can be covered in a one or two hour training session and is very helpful to new users. On-site training is also available upon request.

DonorExpress, like all software applications, is a tool to help manage a task. The real strength of a software application is in the office procedures you establish for that tool. We can assist your office manager with the creation of procedures that can make your donor management system run smoothly no matter what staff changes you may expedience.

Additional Support Options
DonorExpress utilizes an export file to Microsoft Word for personalized correspondence. Documentation on how to use Word Merge can be found on our web site under the Support option. TS Marketing, Inc. does offer personal training on the use of Microsoft Word Merge and the creation of customized merge letters at $75.00 per hour.

Custom Reporting
Most management reporting can be handled within the application, but TS Marketing, Inc. is always available to help with those special needs. Please call for pricing on your custom reporting request.

DonorExpress guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with the product and the level of support or we will gladly refund the amount of your current agreement. DonorExpress Lite warrantee is limited to 60 days from the date of the purchase.
